Recruiting Procedure

1. Upon receiving details requirement Asia Yacht Crews will submit appropriate CV’s to the prospective employer.

2. Once the prospective employer advises Asia Yacht Crews who they wish to interview, Asia Yacht Crews will arrange the

interview.

3. The prospective employer agrees to advise Asia Yacht Crews of the results of the interview immediately upon completion.

4. Asia Yacht Crews will send you a "Confirmation of Employment" and invoice for services rendered.

Fee Schedule

Please contact us for crew fee according to our promotion of the month.

Replacement Services

Asia Yacht Crew provides 90 days guarantee coverage from commencement date. If the candidate could not reach the probation above, Asia Yacht Crew will not charge for the replacement fee and Asia Yacht Crews must find other candidate to replace within 30 days.
